More import options in new spreadsheets editor

When editing a spreadsheet and importing a new file, you now can preview the file you are importing and change the delimiting character.

Editions included:
Standard, Premier, Education, Team and Partner Editions

Languages included:
All languages supported by Google Docs

How to access what's new:
- When editing a spreadsheet, click ‘File’, then ‘Import’ and select the file you want to import.
- You now have a new option to format the delimiting character from ‘Automatic’, ‘Tab’ and ‘Comma’.
