System , Add-ons , Install From Zip.
Click on your KodiIsrael repo and install the only zip file inside (1.0.1.zip) and wait for the add-on enabled notification.
Click on Install From Repository, then go into the “.KodiIrael.co.il Repository”, then Video Add-ons, and Click on Mobdro (version 1.04).
Wait for the add-on enabled notification and then you are done! The Kodi Mobdro add-on is installed and can be found under your Video add-ons.
